Foot baths are not only beneficial on cold winter days. A foot bath can also be used for colds, athlete’s foot and circulatory problems, or to help detoxify the body. A warm foot bath can have a calming and relaxing effect and may promote sleep. The water temperature should be between 36 and 40 degrees Celsius. The recommended bathing time is approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Around 50–70 g of salt is required per foot bath. Carefully blended using a selection of high-quality salts from around the world, containing different minerals for a nourishing foot bath. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.
